More Scout Camp Pictures

The last night of camp we had a bonfire in the ampitheater. Stephen is wearing his Indiana Jones hat. The teepee of logs behind him became the bonfire.
The archery range.
Sitting on our tail ends doing a good turn daily. Actually, on that hike we took a wrong turn and ended up hiking an unnecessary two or three miles up the mountain. I was worn out. I guess that's why the motto is not "Do A Wrong Turn Daily."
Stephen is becoming a herper like his uncle Robby. He loves snakes and while the other boys were getting the watersports merit badge, Stephen chose reptiles and amphibians.
The first merit badge day of camp some of the younger scouts wanted to squeeze in another short merit badge class in the afternoon. This was basketry. It was a lot harder than it looked.
They did it. Stephen made a stool and two different sized baskets. He gave them to his brother and sisters when he got home.
